Credits are granted to students of Higher Educational Institutions with state accreditation without pledge of property only by guarantee of one parent at the rate of 12% annually up to 10 years of repayment term. 2-3%of credit is subsidized by the State and repayments of the principal amount of credit may be made after studentship.
