Physical entity customers have a right to submit claims occurred from transaction between the bank and the customer to mediator of financial system.

Upon request of any customer the Bank provides information and documents stipulated by section 3 of article 20, section 2 of article 43 of RA Law on Banks and banking.

You may receive information within 3 /three/ working days after presentation of the written application.

Information is free.

You may present the application to the Head office or any other branch,  as well as by the following e-mail [email protected].

You can send an email to the email address [email protected] to inform us about the fact or the possibility of illegal actions in the field of preventing conflicts of interest, fighting corruption, protecting insider information, as well as in case of violation by employees of the rules of business ethics and corporate conduct.
